These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Well-Settled website, consultation and
scheduling tools, communications, and services. By using our website or engaging Well-Settled for
services, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable. A separate proposal, service agreement, or
statement of work may contain additional terms for paid services; if there is a conflict, the signed service
agreement controls for that engagement.
1. About Well-Settled
Well-Settled provides relocation, home setup, household coordination, lifestyle concierge, aging-parent
home concierge, young-adult home launch, area research, and related transition support. Specific
services, scope, fees, timing, and third-party costs are confirmed separately for each engagement.
2. Consultations, Estimates, and Service Engagements
Submitting a form or scheduling a consultation does not obligate you to purchase services and does not
guarantee availability. Estimates or preliminary discussions are not binding unless incorporated into a
written proposal or service agreement. Client-requested changes, additional work, travel, purchases, and
third-party costs may result in additional charges when disclosed or authorized as applicable.
3. Third-Party Vendors and Purchases
At your request, Well-Settled may help identify, schedule, communicate with, or coordinate independent
third-party vendors such as movers, delivery companies, installers, cleaners, repair professionals, or other
service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, those providers are independent
businesses and are not employees of Well-Settled. Their services may be subject to their own terms,
pricing, warranties, insurance, and cancellation policies. Well-Settled is not responsible for a third party’s
independent acts or omissions, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely decisions, safe and lawful access to applicable
properties, and any permissions reasonably needed for requested services. You are responsible for
reviewing and approving material purchases, vendor selections, budgets, and other decisions when
approval is requested. You should not submit highly sensitive information through general website forms
unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
5. SMS Messaging Program
Well-Settled may offer SMS/MMS communications for people who separately consent to receive them.
Depending on the consent provided, messages may include consultation and appointment confirmations
or reminders, responses to inquiries, service coordination, project or delivery updates, customer-care
communications, and, where separately authorized, marketing or promotional messages about Well-
Settled services.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP. After a valid opt-out request, you may receive a one-time
confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages covered by that opt-out will be sent unless you later
provide new consent. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Well-Settled using the support information
below.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to
effective transmission by your wireless service provider and network availability. Well-Settled cannot
guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered at a particular time.
Your mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or
affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional

6. Email and Other Communications
You may receive emails or other communications relating to inquiries, consultations, transactions, or
services you request. Marketing emails may include an unsubscribe method where required.
Transactional or service-related communications may continue when necessary to fulfill an active request
or engagement, subject to applicable law.
7. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The Well-Settled website, branding, text, graphics, photographs, layouts, and other original content are
owned by or licensed to Well-Settled and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may
use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to evaluating or obtaining our services. You
may not copy, republish, scrape, exploit, or misrepresent our content or brand without permission, except
as permitted by law.
8. No Professional Advice
Website content and concierge guidance are provided for general informational and service-coordination
purposes. Well-Settled does not provide legal, medical, tax, financial, engineering, or other licensed
professional advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and provided by an
appropriately licensed professional. Area and housing research is intended to organize client-defined
criteria and practical information and is not a substitute for services that legally require a licensed real-
estate professional.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational materials are provided on an "as is"
and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access, error-free operation, or the
performance of independent third parties. Any warranties applicable to a specific paid engagement will be
stated in the applicable written service agreement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Well-Settled will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or independent third-party services.

11. Eligibility
The website, consultation forms, and SMS program are intended for users age 18 or older. By submitting
an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or opting in to SMS communications, you represent that you are at
least 18 years old and have authority to provide the information submitted.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to the Well-Settled Privacy Policy, which explains our
information practices, including our handling of mobile information and SMS opt-in data.
